Our opportunities include:
- Practical conservation tasks - tree planting, scrub clearance, dry stone walling, habitat restoration
- Habitat surveying and recording
- 'Adopt a hill'- reporting path erosion, flytipping and vandalism in your local area
- Event assistant
- Providing photographs or articles for use in BHP literature
- Distribution of literature
- Office-based computer work and online research
- Fundraising - collection days, recruiting Friends.
Get involved
By volunteering with the Belfast Hills Partnership you can take a positive role in helping to protect and conserve the hills.
No matter how much or how little time or experience you have, we will have a role for you in caring for the Belfast Hills.
